my son is three years old... he has a rashes in his leg because of dry skin... and he lost his skin colour also .. which soap is best for him

A. massage with coconut oil twice or thrice a day and bath with raw milk only for few months. start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

A. Dove Soap is going to be the best one and four cream I’m going to advise you to go ahead with NMFE vitamin E cream because of dryness so when you apply the screen the skin is going to be much better than hydrated after using it on a regular basis
