my son is suffering from cough I had consulted Dr they gave moxikind cv now he is better but the thick mucus is irritating him how can I solve this I have been giving allercet cold for cold it has come to control please suggest some remedy for cough with thick mucus

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor as there may be some asgsociated factor .
As the first line of treatment you can give steam inhalation which would be helpful .
Cough Syp should be given only after a probper evaltuation .
