My son is suffering from a high fever ( temp 102 degrees) and also cold & cough.so how many times we can give medicine in a day for a fever? Please suggest home remedy for the same.

A. you can give him syp pcm in every 6 hourly, if temprature is miore then 100 f. kerp a track on body temprature, give lots of fluids to your child.
