PRIYANKAMom of 2 children3 years agoA. take 4table spoon of roasted Bengal gram,2table spoon of groundnut,2table spoon of rice,5 badam,5 cashew nuts,5 black dry grapes. Roast everything seperately.put everything together in a mixing jar and grind into powder. take two spoon of that powder and mix that to a 3/4 glass of water. boil that make into a porridge stage feed the child.this is a actually works better on child bold in weight gaining in a healthy way.

one should ensure that the child should get a proper balanced diet which contains all types of nutrients essential for growth.
any kind of infdection specially any chronic infection should be ruled out and treated which may hamper the growth othercwise.
after 2 years of age you can give some powder like kids Pro/ prohance junior mix in milk twice a day for one or two months.
