Its Actually less too much actually 3 KG or not now I would just say that you should consult a nutritionist first you consult your paediatrician to figure out as to what could be the reason that the weight is less if required some supplements can be started as a nutritionist is going to help you for informing a balanced nutritious diet plan for the child
