My son is one year two months old and iam still using extra small size diaper because he so skinny and very lean what should I do to make him healthy

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Baby immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a proper dielt with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child .
vitamin C,. zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this.
Multivitamin syrup like syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months.

So If the body is not taking proper weight and health and height then you should definitely get it checked with a nutritionist was the nutrition expert would be able to tell you what kind of right diet plan that you should follow for your child for healthy weight gain
