My son is now 4.10yr old.But usko autism aur nephrotic syndrome dono hi disorder h... pls kindly suggest a proper diet for him

A. proper diet plan as the nutritionist suggest.. breakfast as poha upma suji halwa uthapam dosa idly cornflakes chocos.. mid morning any fruits lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad evening snacks as vegetables potato bread pakoda potato tikka dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha
