Q.

My son is now 2yrs 3months old, still he does not call us mommy or daddy, but he can spell all alphabet from a to z. he can speak various things bla bla bla.. various type of rhymes learned by smart phone. he can't response, whenever we call him, couldn't response, as if he can't listen..what should I do?

A. definitely the child is having some issues in the social and language milestones and assessment needs to be done DEVELOPMENT by the age of 2 years the child should be able to speak few words with meaning in the sentence and should be able to understand all the commands and orders given by the parents and if you feel that they are not present in your child it is important to meet your pediatrician to assess the growth milestones of the child and whether there is any need of therapy or not
