Q.
my son is now 27 months but he is not talking even small words . He will do meaning less sounds... sometimes he pronounce Amma(mom),abba,avva(grandmother),two,three.... like that but other small kids speaking already...is there mandatory to consult pediatrician...

Yes now it would be good to consult a doctor if your child is not speaking at all just babbling and saying simple two or three words so it’s an age where kids can speak some words very well and they understand and so I’m just going to recommend you to consult a therapist once regarding the same
