Q.
my Son is now 20 months old and his skin is very dry In the cold it gets very rough.Can you please help me how to keep his skin soft.

massage is best way for this
so I would suggest to give Massage using Babyhug massage oil everyday.
avoid using soap while bathing your child.
shorten your child bath time.
