My son is now 2 years 6 months and have the greenish stool. I have attached the photo. He is having cold as well. can anyone suggest why is it for?

Lose motions can be associated with lots of reasons but as of now it could either be associated with teeth coming or it could be associated with an issue of stomach infection so it is going to be good for you to have an assessment with your doctor so that you can proceed with the right solution as recommended by the doctor
