my son is now 1y 3months old.he is suffering from diarrhoea and vomitings.he is not eating food.whatever he eats he is splitting off.why it causes.please suggest mee.i m so concerned about my son.from eight days he is not eating.i m trying everything but he is keeping in mouth n splitting

A. the baby is more than one year of age is baby is having infection of vomitings and loose motions we have to treat the baby e with appropriate medicines then only baby can eat please consult a doctor
