Q.

My son is not walking yet independently. Do walker help him to walk & help to achieve the walking milestone??

A. No walker please.. it will not help, rather it can delay walking. It’s a natural process, only help baby if they pull up themselves to stand with support.. make them stand with the help of furniture.. everything comes in steps.. first they will crawl, then they will take support & stand.. they stand independently, & finally they take their first step. Have patience, 18 month is the time limit. Stay positive, eventually they will. Consult doc after 18 months.

A. no not advisable Walker give calcium and vitamin d. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
