A. It is very common for young children to go through phases when they are not interested in eating, so try not to worry too much. Many toddlers get distracted easily, have small appetites, or prefer playing over sitting for meals. Offer small portions, soft foods, and items your son already likes, but avoid forcing him to eat. Make mealtimes relaxed and screen-free, and let him explore food with his hands—it builds interest. You can also serve colorful plates, finger foods, or foods in fun shapes to encourage him. If he is active, sleeping well, and gaining weight gradually, his appetite will improve with time. However, if he is losing weight, very weak, or refusing food consistently, it’s best to consult a pediatrician to rule out nutritional deficiencies or illness. You’re doing the right thing by observing his eating habits closely.

A. Hello! Let the child be physically active and feel hungry before the next meal. It is important to change the menu so that your child will taste different foods and flavours. Do not force feed your child. Feed only when absolutely hungry.
