My son is not gaining weight even though I give nutritious food.... is this normal?

yes it is
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning but not under cloudy sky
massage her with Babyhug coconut oil
use simply purified water having tds higher than 450
use Babyhug seeper for.watwe and ler her be hydrated
