My son is not eating well now a days what to do he is 20 months.

Get a haemoglobin levels checked for the child because a lot of times we have seen by the child does not have proper haemoglobin levels according to the age the appetite of the child is quite suppressed and they do not like to eat whatever you are offeringWrite Your Answer Here
