My son is not eating vegetables. How to tell him eat vegetable. It's good for your health

A. hi yes ,as kids have their own likes and dislikes,it is common for them to do like this. just try to encourage your child by giving food with different combinations or in different shapes or different form for example you can prepare sabji one day ,then on other day ,you can prepare mix veg paratha, mix veg cutlet, mix veg khichdi, soup etc
