my son is not eating anything.....from 2-3days....but he is active he is playing....

Hello mom not to worry , make sure he is well hydrated with fluids as such thats Important , fruits can be offered avoid force feeding the child though , once hungry he will be better , at times they don’t feel like eating . As you have mentioned that he is active and that’s good but still observe his motions and urine output
