my son is not eating anything and his temperature comes up and down

A. Hi mom. Give paracetamol to ur baby if the fever is 99.5F or above. Repeat the dose after six hours if fever comes again. Viral fever can take around 3-5 days to subside. secondly. Give natural appetizers like coconut water,jeera water, ajwain water etc to increase the appetite of your baby. give food in colourful and attractive plates like babyhug plates that attract baby towards food
