Q.

hi my son has got viral fever. the temperature rises up and comes down every now and then. last month I had admitted him to hospital for same reason I don't want se to happen again. pls help

A. Hello, your baby boy is 3 years old and he is having a fever which is waxing and weaning so give him plenty of fluids and paracetamol 4 ml three times a day and confirm if it’s not a typhoid infection
