Q.

My son is nearly 1 year old.. have been exclusively breastfed. i will be starting work soon. should I give formula or start with cow milk?

A. Hello. WHO says no cow's milk or any animal's milk till 2years. But you can definitely give formula milk to your 1year old kid. I would suggest you to give Dexolac stage 3 formula milk to your baby it has 36 vital nutrients and fos. Fos is a good fibre which is important for gut health. It has higher milk fat as compared to other formula milk. It is basically best for overall growth and development of kid.

A. The best type of milk for (most) 1-year-old children is whole cow's milk, which contains more fat than reduced-fat (2 percent), low-fat (1 percent) or nonfat (skim) milk.
