Hai my baby is 4 Months 15 days old now.. when he completes 6 months I have to strt back my work.. now he is a exclusively breastfed child. my concern is whether to strt with formula milk or diluted buffalos milk what would be the better option and also we vil be starting on solids Lil in the next month as well.

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. If your baby is exclusively breastfed, it would be better to feed that only. You can pump the milk and it can be stored in refrigerator for 24 hours. Use any good electric pump from brands like Babyhug or Philips Avent.
If that is not feasible, you should give formula and do not give Buffalo milk till atleast 1 year as it is not easily digestible for so small babies. Yes, you must start semi solid foods too, as it will reduce the total dependency on milk.
