Q.

am exclusively breastfeeding , today my baby completes 5month and i got my period , is it normal ??

A. Absolutely a load of women do not get their period uptill the age of 18 to 20 months as well and has considered normal because of what happens is zero hormonal changes and exclusive breastfeeding you can skip on to your period for a really long duration
