Q.

hello doc I delivered in may and got my period in June but skipped in July. today again I have some sporting. also I am exclusively breastfeeding. is it normal? will it take time to get normal regular period

A. there will be lactational amenorrhea which may continue few months to sometimes here also naturally the periods may be scanty and irregular but it is advisable to adopt some contraceptive measures

A. if your breastfeeding It may even take a year or more too resume. If you bottle feed there are chances to get it early. If you do botlle feeding and breastfeeding together it may resume in the middle too. There is no particular time and each mums body is also different.
