Q.

my son is having some patches around wrist and elbow area which seem like a wound and whenever he itches them or scratches them they turn out to be more red and seem to have spread wherever he is itching after that area.

A. It Maybe some kind of an allergy that your child is suffering from it would be right on your part to consult your doctor to get it checked as to what kind of an allergy test that is spreading once you know what it is that you can can be sorted accordingly
