Q.

My Son is having redness around nappy area, although I'm using diapers only in night and change them frequently. I'm applying Gentalene Regularly but it is still there. Sometimes redness reduces but not gone from one week.

A. for perianal/perigenital / diaper rash if it is less then you can go for simple coconut oil as well as any rash cream which is available for diaper rash like (rashfree / ezinapi / b4napi / zincal) but if it is not improving thenz at night time you can add t bact cream in the perianal area which will help in decreasing the rash. z to prevent the diaper rash in the future kindly apply coconut oil before making the child wear the diaper
