Q.

My son is having fever from yesterday with no other symptoms,my dr advised me to give paracetamol drops(2.5ml) for 4 times per day. after taking medicine his fever is coming down.. again its increasing(102 f). what is the reason?

A. this looks like any viral . Fever may be due to season change or any other viral infection . For fever paracetamol is given 3 to 4 times in a day . And give more of water also to baby . If any respiratory or any other difficulties then consult a doctor near by
