# ask doctor my son is having fever for 2 days, I am using paracetamol . after 6 hours he again felling sick and having fever. he doesn't have no other symptoms. what should I do know

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. if baby is having recorded fever in spite of using the paracetamol it is better you can consult a doctor for examination and advice do not go for home remedies more than 2 days

U Can do cold sponging also if You the temperature is higher that’s the best thing that you can do apart from giving medicine to the child along with that if the fever does not subside within 48 to 72 hours then you may as well go ahead with the further scanning is it could be due to some viral infection
