my son is having fever and getting fever every 4 hours. soon I give fever syrup he is vomiting. what can we do

Okay so you have to continue giving the medicine every six hours if the child is vomiting instantly then check with the doctor what medicine can be given which will be having a better taste and acceptance to the child in terms of medicines to be given
