my son is having dry cough when ever he is coughing he is doing vomit, and know I noticed he is having high breathing and it's like there is some gap between his ribs and stomach for every breath he is taking there is some deep curve forming near ribs

A. Maybe there is a heavy congestion which is why your child is vomiting I would suggest you to give nebulisation to the child and that is what is going to be good so please check with your doctor and start nebulising your child
