My son is having dandruff in his head that cause eyes infection in his eyes some yellow peel is in his eye lid also swallow and get red. while I am continuously washing his hair with salson shampoo.

A. hi dear mom..please consult your paediatrician for proper diagnosis and treatment . without examining baby nothing can be said or advised on same..keep the scalp clean and dry. happy parenting
