Q.

My son is getting slight fever around 99.1 from yesterday. He did not drink syrup. I gave him 1/3rd of Calpol 500 tablet. is it ok to add ziffi 100. If yes , what would be the recommended dose. He is 2 yr 7 month old.

A. 99.1 is a very base fever you just give paracetamol why do you have to give an antibiotic alongside to your child when there is no infection there is no problem it’s a very fever so just take paracetamol that you can repeat every six hours if the temperature rises
