Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. you have to just balance according to the type of skin of the child.
usually the skin of the child is mainly dry and sensitive then in these areas you have to apply coconut oil or moisturizing lotion
in the areas where sweating is xpresent and skin folds there is no need to apply oil or lotion but you have to regularly clean it with soap and you can apply baby powder xif needed.
take care of the skin child in this manner on the whole body.

Eczemais red, itchy patches on the skin, often seen on the baby's chest, arms, legs, face, elbows, and behind the knees. It is caused by dry, sensitive skin, and sometimes allergies (although it can be difficult at this age to know what the trigger might be).
