Rekha GuptaMom of a 5 yr 4 m old boy2 days agoA. You should use kanthprash syrup.. it is ayurvedic cough syrup specially made for kids and it works for both dry and wet cough.. Very effective.. hum bhi yehi syrup use karte hain humare bacche ke liye.

Ma’am it’s not good to give medicines like this and especially for dry cough you should give medicine suggested by the doctor because it is a specific issue and further the medicine is going to be really different from what has been given for wet cough
