Q.

My son is four months old weights around 5.26 kg, i mistakenly gave 0.75ml of iron instead of 0.5ml . Tomoferon drops , 1ml=25mg . Will there be an issue

A. Namaste Mom Please not to worry about that as such, because it should be fine . just next time onwards be careful about that as such , just skip the next dose

A. Doesn’t seem like it because you’ve just given a little extra supplement to the challenge usually they do not create any problem to the child so you can skip one day before you proceed with the next dosage and then you can continue with what your doctor has advised
