A. Dear parent, continue to exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. At one episode of breast feeding feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain. Foods like methi, green leafy vegetables, tree gum or gond, dill leaves or shepu, garden cress seeds, saunth, garlic intake can help increase milk supply. Have lots of fluids and water.

A. Hello, Latch your baby frequently, the more baby suckles, more milk you will produce. Gently massage your breasts. Also, drinking lot of water will surely help. Try to consume 2-3 litres of water and ensure you take protein rich diet.
