#AskTheExpert Hello... my son is 4.5 months old now and he's on EBF. till last week milk supply was enough but since 5-6 days milk supply is getting decrease and my son feeling hungry Every time..how can I know he's hungry or full?? what to do to increase milk supply?? for how much time we have to keep him on EBF??

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. track his weight. see with babies not all will be as per text. each baby has her own pace of learning n milestone s ok. so don't stress unnecessary. Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this.

You can take electrician supplements if you want to you should have about 5 to 6 L of water every day because these things really helps in boosting up the feeding of a mother also you can have lactation supplements to increase the breast feedingWrite Your Answer Here
