my son is constipated. wakes up with stomach pain which eventually goes away after maybe an hour. he also has fever upto 100.2 since three days

A. you may guve him syp crocin for fever. give him lots of fluids to keep his body hyderate and ut will also help in constipation. guve lots of fruits n veggies
