POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy1 Year agoA. Establishing a baby bedtime routine having a bath. changing into night clothes and a fresh nappy. putting them to bed. reading a bedtime story (see more in Baby and toddler play ideas) dimming the lights in the room to create a calm atmosphere.
