My son is completely on formula feed from day 1 of his birth, I'm giving him similac advance stage 1, he passes hard stool and rarely loose stool every alternative day, today he pooped after 3 days and it was hard and a little loose. I saw blood in his poop for the first time. Can I give water to my son? Will water help in passing loose stool?

do stool test..for ruling out lactose intolerance
Consult your doctor who will examine the baby and will advise you with further management and investigations if any required because without examination it is difficult to comment on the current situation
