my son is bleeding while pooping... he is just 3... I'm seeing it since yesterday...what might be the reason..is it anything serious.. what can I do to stop it.. plz answer ( he eats fruits more...these days he is having more oranges and cucumbers)

is stool hard and difficult to pass
if that is the case then the blood may be due to injury while passing hard stool
consult doctor
include sources of fibre
top milk intake should not be more than 500 ml
