ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. weight seems fine. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child.offer more liquids and fruits

Hello How much is your son around you haven’t mentioned the age of your child correctly so I can only say that if your child is not gaining weight or health according to the age then you should try to work upon a high protein rich diet for the child and include good amount of carbohydrates as well
