In What terms do you consider your child week is it because of weight overall growth or something in this case I will advise you to 1st take an advice from a paediatrician sometimes these things are due to deficiencies in the body the deficiencies could very well be met with proper supplements and also consult a nutritionist for a balanced diet nutrition plan for the child that is going to help in overall growth and gain for the body
