if the consistency is hard and the child is having pain while passing stool it is considered as constipation.
give plenty of water and fibre diet to the child
it is important to give fibre diet from cereals pulses vegetables and fruitsf
avoid giving more than 400 ml milk everyday and avoid giving packet and processed foods as well as biscuits and refined food
adding papaya , fennel seeds water , oats pear prunes pineafpple banana kishmish to the regular diet will help in decreasing constipation.
NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello make sure to give water well after every solid and also give your child fibre rich food in the diet and include fruits especially banana and papaya which will help the child get relief from the constipation problem and make it feel better and comfortable
