#AskTheExpert my 3 years 8 month girl child suffering with constipation. treatment is running but she is normal by medicine. without medicine suffering with constipation. what I should do?

A. ok cfdConstipation is very common in babies you have to modify the food which is more in fibre like green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits like apple mango papaya banana etc

A. Hi mommy Healthy eating and drinking can help baby to feel better too And foods that are high in fibre are good for avoiding constipation These foods include cereals fruits and vegetables Drinking plenty of water will also help baby to avoid constipation and stay hydrated
