Q.
my son is almost 3 month old and his weight is 4.2 kg..his birth weight was 3.5 kg...his all vitamin , calcium and zinc drops I m giving regular...is his weight normal or should consult another doctor?

Your child is low on the weight because your child should have been somewhere around 1500 g more than the birth weight by completing the time of three months a child is only gain 700 g which is not healthy you should start with formula feeding for your child
