Hi my baby birth weight was 3.3 kg and now she is 3 month 2 days old and her weight is 4.5 kg ….. i m worried why she is not gaining weight? She is only breast feeding

A. Child should at least be 1500 g more than the birth weight as of now your child is lagging with about 300 g so I think it would be good that you also do formula feeding to the child along with breastfeeding the combination feeding will help in better weight gain for the child
