Q.

my son is a very fussy eater. he eats quarter cup of millets in the morning. half a fruit in the evening and a very less food or nothing at all at night.how do I improve his appetite

A. Try to increase his physical activities and give Vitamin C rich fruits and vegetables to the baby and add dry fruits in diet of the child and add desi ghee in meals

A. for the fussy eaters and picky eaters add variety to the serves.. as serve on a skewer, barbeque form , frozen form smoothie shakes.. check out some receipes in the first cry page. have meal together make the meal time happy family time..
