My son is a late talker. He’s 2yrs 7m old. Understands everything what we say. Can count 1-10. Tries to completely spell alphabets A-Z. Speaks about the alphabets like A for apple till Z almost completely. But his speech is not satisfactory for his age. Most of the words he says only first half or the first letter. Doesn’t try to complete. Even wen we try to teach him to say the word completely he’s not able to do so. Should i be concerned?
