My son is 9 months old his face expecially in cheek areas are filled with pimple like thing. Can you explain me what maybe the reason

it might be eczema or drooling rashes.
you can apply baby soothing Calamine lotion on it.
you should keep this area clean
you can use wipes for this ,for example Babyhug wipes
but avoid using soap and any other cosmetics for now.
